CANCELLATION POLICY AND LATE ARRIVALS

At XYZ, we want to encourage positive energy exchange and to create the best class experience for everyone. Therefore, we feel it’s important to implement the following policies.

LATE ARRIVALS:
Please remember late arrivals will not be permitted to enter class. Late arrivals will be considered as a no-show.

Please also keep in mind clients cannot swap classes within 12 hours of their class. If you wish to switch classes, it will require another credit.

*** It’s recommended to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before class start time to complete the check-in process and get settled in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for all classes to ensure fairness for all clients. Any late cancellations will result in the class not being re-credited to your account.

    We understand that sometimes unforeseen situations happen. Therefore, we welcome clients to email us to review our policies on a case-by-case basis.
